Acid: An alchemist’s concoction of liquid which burns through stone and flesh alike. Acid deals 2d4 damage to objects and 1d4 damage to people.

Alchemist’s Fire: A potion of liquid fire, which ignites when released to the air or smashed on the ground. When smashed, the fire ignites anything in a small area on fire, the heat deals 1d4 damage immediately. Extinguishing the flames takes a turn and a successful agility check.

Amulet: Any object that mystically protects the user from harm. Typical amulets include specific or engraved gemstones, coins, pendants, rings, plants or animals. Most amulets provide 1AP of mystical armor, although more powerful amulets are said to exist.

Antitoxin: A draught brewed by herbalists to slow the effects of poisons. Drinking antitoxin provides a +20% bonus on stamina rolls to avoid the effects of poison.

Blanket: A warm woolen blanket useful for staying cozy when venturing abroad.

Block and tackle: A set of pulleys, rope and hooks which provide a great deal of mechanical advantage when lifting large objects.

Cooking kit: A set of basic accessories for cooking at home or afield. This kit contains an iron pot, an iron skillet, a ladle, a skewer, a wooden cutting board, a cutting knife, an iron tripod for the pot, a packet of tinder, and a small selection of local or otherwise easy to find seasonings. You can attach the skewer to the tripod for roasting small game animals. All the component pieces (except the skillet) fit within the pot for easy storage and transport.

Fishing kit: A set of fishing paraphernalia including fish-hooks, some line, a net, and a lightweight harpoon.

Horn: An animal horn fashioned into a sounding instrument, sometimes adorned with a bronze mouthpiece and shoulder strap.

Horn, Bronze: A metal sounding horn typically used by organized militaries.

Ink, Quills & Papyrus: A writing kit including a stoppered vial of ink, several feathers shaped for use as quills and a stack of reed-based papyrus sheets.

Jug, clay: A basic, stoppered jug large that can hold about 1 gallon of liquid.

Lamp oil: 1 pint of oil in a flask or leather sac.

Lamp, clay: A lightweight, common oil lamp which illuminates a small area and burns for 6 hours on a pint of oil. It may be held in one hand.

Net: A woven web of rope useful in capturing fish, trapping game or even entangling enemies. A net may be thrown in combat at an opponent, a successful strike does no damage but entangles the enemy. An entangled foe is treated as Burdened, regardless of their ENC, and may attempt to free themselves (Agility to escape, Effort to burst the ropes, or an attack to cut them).

Pack: A large leather bag attached to a long stick or staff and carried over one shoulder. A pack can fit 15 ENC of equipment.

Pouch: A small leather container attached to a strap on a person’s clothing. A pouch can fit 1 ENC of equipment.

Quiver: A long leather tube or case for carrying arrows.

Rope: 10 meters of strong, braided fibers. An essential piece of equipment for an adventurer, a standard rope can support the weight of 50 ENC and SIZ.

Sack, large: A wide sack of leather or canvas which can hold 10 ENC of equipment.

Sack, small: A small sack which can hold 5 ENC of equipment.

Smokesticks: An alchemical stick which bursts into gouts of smoke when lit.

Soap: A simple block of soap.

Tent: A large cloth tent large enough for four people.

Tools, artisans: A kit of tools specific to a single area of craftsmanship or work.

Tools, physicians: A kit of bandages, salves,
